Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Masters Degree in Criminology and a PhD in Social Anthropology
Background: Judy is a research fellow at the Australian National University, having previously worked at the Australian Institute of Criminology. She has also worked as a welfare officer, senior policy officer, criminology advisor, evaluation consultant, official prison visitor and as a member of the ACT Sentence Administration Board.
