Education & Training Cancellation Policy

We appreciate sometimes people who register to attend our training are not able to attend. While we appreciate things happen, we do not run this training with a large profit margin and there is an extensive waiting list so are unable to accept late cancellations and therefore have established this cancellation policy.

With 45 days plus notice – Full refund (less booking fees and credit card fees, if applicable) or a transfer to another training session

With 30 days notice – 50% refund or transfer to another training session

With 14 days and under notice – No refund and no transfer to another training session

 

All Other Events

With 60 days plus notice – Full refund, less booking fees and credit card fees, if applicable

With 30 days notice – 25% refund, less booking fees and credit card fees, if applicable

With 14 days and under notice – No refund
